Training Schedule

Join us for the Cycle To Farm Training Series.  This training schedule will be open to all who are interested in setting a goal of accomplishing the Cycle To Farm Metric Century.  The Cycle To Farm route covers three climbs that are 3 miles or longer so the training schedule includes both a graduated increase in mileage as well as some challenging climbs.

Participants should accumulate a base of approximately 200 miles prior to beginning this schedule.  Helmets are required for every ride.  Visit Velo Girl Rides to sign up for email updates concerning this schedule and other ride opportunities.
